    Rosé. With a light salmon pink colour, this rosé has rich and long lasting foam
  • Bouquet
    On the nose it is characterized by scents of fruits and small red berries (raspberry, redcurrant and cherry)
  • Taste
    It has a young and not yet tamed taste. With its sparkling character it revitalises the senses

    Starters, salty tarts, quiches, “focaccine” (flatbreads) with vegetables, mushrooms and white delicate meat
