Short pre-fermentative cold maceration of the pressed, followed by a traditional white vinification, carried out entirely in steel tanks. Aging sur lies, always in steel for 6 months.
Straw yellow colour with greenish nuances; the nose gives off an elegant aromatic vein defined by floral and citrus scents well blended together. The palate is intense, vertical with a savory and mineral character that makes the drink smooth.
Perfect as an aperitif or in synergy with the classic dishes of the Trentino tradition.
