HARVEST:
The grapes are harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September for the Pinot Grigio; in early October for the Garganega
The grapes are given a soft pressing in bladder presses. The must is immediately refrigerated and is then left to clear, before being racked into stainless steel vats for the fermentation, which takes place at a temperature of 18° C.
Once fermentation is completed, the wine matures for a few months in stainless steel tanks.
Straw yellow colour, with greenish highlights, it offers intense and refined aromas on the nose which remind of juicy fruits and white flowers, along with just a faint citrus hint. On the palate it is harmonious and well-balanced, dry and with a good body, refreshed by crisp acidity that prolongs the flavour into an attractively almond-like finish.
Sizes and special packaging 75 cl bottles.
