RAW MATERIAL:
Cherries selected directly from the trees grown within the Mach Foundation’s estate

FERMANTAZIONE:
The cherries, picked when perfectly ripe, are processed (without their stones) and fermented with particular types of yeasts in special temperature-controlled vats; the purée is then left to macerate for about one month

DISTILLATION:
Performed very rapidly in a steam-heated pot stil

AFFINAMENTO:
Storage at high proof for a few months in small stainless steel tanks

43%
Very recognizable, with its delicate scent of ripe cherries enriched with faint but intriguing nuances of hazelnut. Its flavour is intense, well-balanced and persistent
