His activity at Gemma is pretty wide and he takes care of the whole production process: from the vineyards, with the planting of new vines, by choosing the clones the most apt to the different types of soil and exposure, till the treatments, made with products at low toxicity and low environmental impact, and at the end till the harvest. His consultancy is then indispensable in the cellar, where he takes care of the wine-making, the aging of the wines, respecting the characteristics and typicality of each wine, and keeping quality.
